The Steering Committee will be organized by Selçuk University and will manage the "Disaster Journalism: Preventing the News from Turning into a Disaster" Project.
Meetings will be held every three months, where the developments and problems of the project will be discussed, and solutions will be produced.
The supervision of the activities in the project and the content to be produced will be carried out by Radio Television Supreme Council and Selçuk University.
The content produced will be followed by Radio Television Supreme Council and Selçuk University with checklists.
Project activities produce content according to work package specifications.

During the inspections, Radio Television Supreme Council and Selçuk University will compare and check whether the quantitative and qualitative indicators specified within the scope of the Work Package have been achieved.
Project coordinator Selçuk University is responsible for processes such as preparing partnership agreements to ensure financial management during the project process.
Financial management is a key component of Activity 4 within Work Package 1.
Administrative Management and Reporting are handled as part of the project management activities.
A Gantt Chart will be created for the project.
The Gantt Chart will be used effectively to track project activities.
The chart will ensure that the outputs and results produced are compatible with the suggestions and plans at the beginning of the project.
This tracking will help to achieve all results successfully.
